BPA is pleased to welcome Neil Winter as an associate. He is now part of the BPA specialist interviewing team and we look forward to be able to using his expertise in training and organisational management.

Neil Winter has 15 years experience in the engineering and offshore oil sectors. He has worked in the upstream divisions of Mobil and Sun Oil in senior HR and project management positions. Focusing on aspects of organisational psychology, he has consulted for Cooper & Lybrand MCS (Management Consultancy Services) and was latterly UK Managing Director for RHR International. He is a highly experienced interviewer and an established practitioner in the development of leadership resources and team effectiveness. A psychology graduate of Oxford University, he is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School and holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, London.
