Our Services
Questionnaire design
This is a process which helps to define a project
and is essentially a joint partnership between BPA
and the client. BPA has extensive experience in questionnaire
design; our aim is to develop a questionnaire that
will stimulate a respondent’s interest as well
as meeting the objectives of the client.
Questionnaires are generally designed to suit a telephone
interview of about 15 to 20 minutes.
Interviewing
Confidentiality is an essential part of the research
interview process and care is always taken to protect
the information that has been obtained. Respect for
the individual’s ability to provide sensitive
information is always maintained.
BPA does not send out fax or postal questionnaires.
All contact is either personal face-to-face or by
telephone. Interviews are piloted before an interview
programme gets fully under way and feedback to the
client is given after the pilot stage.
The content of a BPA research interview whilst based
on a structured questionnaire, gives freedom to the
respondent to give opinions on areas of personal interest
in greater detail. This allows the interview process
to be rewarding and interesting for both parties.
BPA is now able to offer interviewing services in
languages other than English if required.
Interview analysis
All interviews in a research programme are analysed
using proprietary software. A detailed examination
of the data helps to show how individual responses
combine to give an overall view or how opinions may
vary over differing sections of the surveyed sample.
Verbatim quotes may be used in a report to illustrate
opinion on a particular topic. In order to protect
confidentiality, quotes are not attributed to individuals.
Reports and Presentations
Draft and final reports are part of the BPA service.
Presentations can be made at the client’s office
or via videoconferencing.
